How Do I Order?

Ordering is quick and easy, just go to our shop page and select the items that you would like to order. Orders are available for pick up at the Sunday Mar Vista Farmers Market, at The Window at Robertson and for delivery. Please see the "How It Works" section for more information about ordering.

How Should I Store The Food?

The foods should always be refrigerated. Although our foods are packed in mason jars, they are not canned and should not be stored at room temperature.

How Long Will The Food Keep In The Refrigerator?

Our dishes should generally keep for about a week in the refrigerator.

Do You Use Filtered Water?

Yes, we do use filtered water for all our menu items.

Can I Freeze The Food? Can I Freeze Them In The Mason Jars?

Yes, the majority of our dishes, broths and stocks can be frozen. We do not recommend freezing them in the mason jars since they have a tendency to crack when frozen. 

What If I Do Not Order In Advance For Pick Up At A Farmers Market or At The Retail Window?

Placing an order through the website guarantees your order. We produce extra inventory for sale at farmers markets and at our retail window sold on a first come, first serve basis. 

How Do I Pay For My Order?

We currently accept payments in cash, check and credit cards.

What Is The Glass Deposit?

In an effort to be more eco-friendly, we encourage the resume of the mason jars and bands. A glass deposit of $1.50 is charged for each jar used in filling your order. The deposit is credited back to you when the jar is returned to us. All the jars and bands are reusable.
